1. How long are the appointments?

Appointments are usually 50 minutes but may vary depending on the nature of the problem and ongoing treatment. ​​​

​2. Do I need a referral to make an appointment?

No, this is a private service so no referral is required.

3. Can I get a Medicare or private healthcare fund rebate?

No, you cannot claim Medicare rebates as I offer a private service. Any private healthcare rebate will depend on your fund provider.

4. Can I write a detailed summary or send information about my situation ahead of the appointment?

Yes, please feel free to write a summary of your situation. People often report that they find this  process useful to collect their thoughts. I also find it helpful if you can bring as much information about the nature of your concerns or previous treatment to the appointment. However, I ask you to be mindful of the time you spend on this and suggest that you keep to a one-page summary and bring it with you to the appointment.
